What does this have to do with anything? I don't know. One thing that comes to mind, when I see stuff like this, is that there is so much crazy on public display that law enforcement can do nothing about. What exactly is illegal wiretapping of everyone going to accomplish?

(Yes, I understand the difference between a lone-wolf operation [or someone just snapping] and a conspiracy, which, by definition, would require communication between two or more parties.)
