That's helpful!

You gotta love, when you're trying to figure out how to trim the budget, having to install a new furnace.

Anyway, we got it done yesterday. It's not like we had a choice. I think it will work out in the long run, but damn we didn't want to add more shit to our credit cards...

It cost $3300. Minus $500 rebate from our power company, $150-200 from the state and federal tax returns, figure a net outlay of $2600. We'll save about $100 off the natural gas bill over the next 5 months too.

$2500 net cost to us, and another nice bonus in our favor when we try to sell the house again in the spring.
